The front is illustrated with an original HH watercolour with the caption, "Verfrühter Herbst" ("Autumn comes early"). On the inner recto page HH's poem, "Verfrühter Herbst" (July 1929), is printed, followed by a New Year's greeting signed by HH.

CT ran an agency in Vienna in the 1930s and 1940s providing the cultural sections of the press with literary material from selected writers, included HH. On the inner recto page is a hand-written copy of HH's poem, "Blauer Schmetterling" (December 1927), which is signed by HH. On the outer verso page, CT's name and address in Vienna are given as follows: Wien XIX. Strassengasse ii'.
