Scope and ContentTwo draft typescripts of 'Der Führer spricht', the Hitler parody sketch written by Martin Miller (MM) and first performed by him at the Laterndl Theatre in London as part of the company's cabaret production "Blinklichter" in January and February 1940. It was then performed and broadcast on the BBC's German Service on 1 April 1940. There is also a photocopy of a document of unclear original but possibly publicity material or a newspaper review, which contains the speech and shows a photograph of MM performing as Hitler at the Laterndl in February 1940.
